“Coming to America I did not understand English at all. I was so afraid to speak English in public. Then I became a CNA and I figured out I had to speak English from the beginning of the shift to the end of my shift and that is how I found my passion in the healthcare field and I knew that college was the only way to improve my life. I did not want to work as a housekeeper for the rest of my life and make only $10/hr and struggle with that field. I love helping others.”
