Amy has been assisting and advocating for refugees as a community volunteer for 15 years. She has participated in former Utah governor Jon Huntsman’s Refugee Working Group, the State Refugee Services Office, and is a founding board member of the International Charter School.
Raymon has been with One Refugee since 2017 and has been working with individuals from a refugee background in various capacities for the last six years. He recently worked for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in developing their refugee initiatives and spent half of 2016 embedded within the International Rescue Committee.
Selma’s career in Sales and Human Resources spans over 19 years. Through her personal experience as a refugee, Selma understands that refugee workers bring personal initiative, skills, and strong work ethic to the workplace. In her current role Selma is identifying and developing alliances with employer partners to help them understand the benefit of hiring from the vast, untapped talent of refugees.
With a background in both social work and education, Jennifer has spent her career in education, working to improve educational opportunities for all students. She has served on several non-profit boards.
With Wes’s career in senior management at Intermountain Health and Becky’s years of volunteerism, these two have extensive networking capabilities and are able to help connect refugees with the help each one needs.

In his professional career, Dave held a number of senior management positions with Unitedhealth Group, as well as other health care companies. Dave has been dedicated to non-profit and service work since retiring over six years ago, including sitting on multiple boards. Don’s career with O.C.Tanner spans over 60 years, 23 years as president and CEO. Currently Don serves as vice-chair of its board. He also served on the Utah Symphony board and other community boards. Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics, University of Utah

Under his stewardship the company has extended its industry leadership, expanded its lines of business, entirely revamped its technical operating platform and business processes, and increased its profitability.
