Despite strong aspirations, the number of refugees attaining post-secondary education in Boise has traditionally been disproportionately low in comparison to American-born students.
1R's College Bound program in Boise, Idaho empowers high school seniors from refugee backgrounds in the Treasure Valley to enter into- and succeed in post-secondary education through

Family engagement
The semester-long program is offered in classrooms at select local high schools as well as out-of-school options accessible to students all over the Treasure Valley.
Interested high school Seniors from refugee, asylee or SIV backgrounds are welcome to apply here.
